Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in IT
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing help desk or technical support teams in organizations with 1000+ employees
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Current ITIL certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies, Cherwell, or ServiceNow is advantageous
- Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must currently reside in the Phoenix metro area
- Ability to start with two weeks notice
- Capable of passing background and fingerprint checks
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 9 to 10 individuals overseeing IT service desk and desktop support activities
- Collaborate with the CIO to develop and implement strategic plans
- Serve as the communication link between leadership and IT operations
- Manage the annual budget for IT services
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery
