Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Business Analyst
- Proven experience in *construction, field service, landscaping, utilities, or similar operational sectors*
- Proficient with at least one of the following: *ERP systems (Vista, Sage, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)*
- Familiar with *field service or scheduling platforms*
- Knowledge of *job costing or project-based systems*
- Experience in gathering and documenting *functional and technical requirements*
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between construction operations and technology teams
- Collaborate with *construction, field operations, finance, and IT* departments
- Translate business needs into *functional requirements, system workflows, and technical specifications*
- Serve as the main communication channel between *field stakeholders and technical teams*
- Assess processes related to *job costing, estimating, scheduling, dispatch, and project tracking*
- Identify inefficiencies and propose *ERP-driven or system-based solutions*
- Spearhead *process improvement, automation, and scalability*
- Collect requirements through *stakeholder interviews, workshops, and field engagement*
- Create *process maps, user stories, use cases, and system documentation*
- Ensure alignment between *business needs and technical delivery*
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of *ERP, CRM, HRIS, or field service management systems*
- Participate in *User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system configuration, and deployment*
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on *integrations and enhancements*
- Lead *change management and user adoption initiatives*
- Develop training materials and support *end users in operational contexts*
- Continuously enhance usability and effectiveness of systems
- Analyze *operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics*
- Facilitate *reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)*
- Transform data into *actionable insights for leadership*
