Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or comparable hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years working with perception systems, including KPI optimization and performance enhancements.
- A year of experience leading technical products from initial idea to market launch (e.g., from concept to execution).
- 1 year in the XR industry, either in launches or research.
- Proficient in constructing products with machine learning, computer vision, and perception functionalities.
- Masters degree in a technology or business discipline is preferred.
- 2 years experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior executives.
- 2 years of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other essential stakeholders.
- 1 year of software development or engineering experience.
- Familiarity with or interest in establishing accessibility best practices in product development, alongside curiosity about integrating accessibility into methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate intensively with core perception and AI teams to ensure raw sensor data translates into accurate, low-latency models of user intent.
- Direct the strategy for extensive data collection and personalized machine learning calibration to maintain robust tracking algorithms across varying user demographics and environments.
- Work alongside Human-Computer Interaction and UX Research teams to create comfortable and intuitive input standards that minimize user cognitive load.
- Establish and oversee quality metrics and testing frameworks for tracking accuracy and latency, ensuring inputs are natural and seamless under different environmental conditions.
- Shape and refine the product strategy for spatial inputs, enhancing high-fidelity interactions and developing subtle, glance-based, or micro-gesture interactions for line-of-sight displays.
