Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.
- Experience in developing and executing technology strategies, collaborating with both in-house and external development teams.
- Proficient in working with and analyzing data.
- MBA or Masters degree (preferred).
- Understanding of Google Ads or the digital advertising sector (preferred).
- Capacity to manage and oversee high-visibility projects within a cross-functional environment (preferred).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to relate product modifications to their potential business effects (preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and speaking at internal and leadership events (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Cultivate intellectual curiosity to formulate strategic insights on our key ads and commerce stakeholders and industry movements to foresee future trends, by reviewing market research, consulting with experts (PMs, customers, etc.), and commissioning third-party research/surveys.
- Identify product deficiencies and challenges, driving significant industry and product insights for ads and commerce product leaders and Product Managers.
- Deliver regular updates to leadership and Product Managers regarding key ads and commerce participants, advocating for insights through presentations at important leadership gatherings (including product leadership meetings, team sprints, off-sites, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with organic teams, Finance, GBO, and other business associates to ensure synchronization and bring the extensive capabilities of Google to the Ads and Commerce sector.

We offer a competitive salary range of $122,000-$174,000, complemented by bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
