Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a Yardi environment
- Bachelors degree, ideally in a technology-related field
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager versions 7s and 8, including modules such as P2P, Construction, and Rent Café
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with real estate accounting and relevant financial principles
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Champion the utilization of Yardi as our primary ERP system
- Troubleshoot and rectify technical application issues within our Yardi SAAS environment
- Oversee system administration tasks including user management and security configurations
- Utilize SQL and SQL scripting for issue resolution and escalation purposes
- Manage the workload and priorities of third-party Yardi consultants
- Lead the maintenance and development of integrations between Yardi applications and other systems
- Coordinate departmental testing and user training during major system upgrades
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain custom reports
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all systems
- Participate in weekly customer success calls with Yardi
- Oversee projects from external programmers primarily focused on custom reporting and interface enhancements
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets from users
- Be on call for emergency support as needed

We are currently seeking a Yardi Systems Analyst to join our dedicated IT team. This on-site role offers a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
