Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma is mandatory
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Masters Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- 5-10 years of experience with Healthcare Information System revenue cycle processes, departments, and workflows is preferred
- EPIC, Cerner certification, PMP, or ITIL certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject-matter expert on healthcare software solutions
- Lead the strategy and configuration of IT systems
- Optimize and manage projects related to clinical and administrative workflows
- Independently resolve complex issues within the IT systems
- Drive system enhancements to support user needs
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Mentor junior analysts to foster their growth and development
Description
