Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience developing complex, high-reliability systems in fintech, payments, or lending
- In-depth knowledge of backend systems and scalability with SQL
- Demonstrated capability to manage systems from inception to deployment
- Familiarity or strong interest in AI/ML applications in live environments
- Proficiency in Node.js for web application development
- Preferred: Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design and scale mission-critical financial systems
- Develop production-grade AI applications, including LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation
- Lead the development of data-intensive systems that impact funding and risk-related decisions
- Shape and guide the technical direction of projects, rather than just implementing tasks
