Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA License/Certification is mandatory
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setting within Georgia
Responsibilities
- Supervise behavioral therapists assigned to various cases, both directly and indirectly
- Develop and routinely evaluate behavior intervention plans and session notes
- Analyze data related to ABA and implement adjustments based on findings
- Ensure effective communication with families, technicians, and administrative personnel
- Conduct assessments as required
Description
At Golden Care Therapy, we provide home-based ABA therapy services across the United States. Were currently seeking Hybrid and Remote BCBAs to offer per diem ABA services. Our hybrid model consists of 80% remote and 20% in-person work, allowing flexibility in your schedule. Our dedicated admin team has real-world experience as ABA therapists or RBTs, ensuring a supportive environment that understands your professional needs. We take pride in fostering a positive company culture and conduct annual performance reviews to promote your professional development.
