Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- BCBA certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with families and team members
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and settings
Responsibilities
- Provide both direct and indirect supervision for behavioral therapists involved in cases
- Develop and review behavior intervention plans regularly
- Analyze data from ABA practices and implement necessary program adjustments
- Establish and maintain communication with families, technicians, and administration
- Conduct assessments as needed
