Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA license or certification is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and utilize ABA data effectively
- Excellent communication abilities for maintaining contact with families, technicians, and administration
- Proven experience in designing behavior intervention plans and reviewing session notes regularly
- Adaptability to a hybrid work setting, predominantly remote with minimal in-person requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect oversight to behavioral therapists involved in assigned cases
- Create and assess behavior intervention plans and regularly review session documentation
- Analyze ABA-related data to guide data-driven modifications in programs
- Ensure open communication channels with families, technicians, and administrative staff
- Perform necessary assessments as required by case needs

At Golden Care Therapy, we offer home-based ABA services across the East Coast. We are excited to welcome Hybrid BCBAs to our team for per diem ABA services, blending 80% remote and 20% in-person work. Our administrative team consists of former ABA Therapists and RBTs, enabling them to understand your unique role and needs profoundly. We pride ourselves on cultivating a dedicated and enthusiastic culture within our organization, conducting annual performance evaluations to provide constructive feedback and encourage professional development.
