Requirements
Must:
- BCBA certification is mandatory
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setting in Georgia
- Strong communication skills for interacting with families and team members
- Proficiency in analyzing ABA data and implementing changes
Responsibilities
- Provide both direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
- Design behavior intervention plans and regularly review session documentation
- Analyze data related to ABA programs and implement adjustments based on findings
- Maintain effective communication with families, technicians, and administrative staff
- Conduct assessments as necessary

We are actively seeking Hybrid and Remote BCBAs to join our team for per diem ABA services. Our hybrid model allows for 80% remote work and 20% in-person interaction. Our administrative team members have firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring that we truly understand and fulfill your professional needs.
