Requirements
Must:

- Expertise in SOLIDWORKS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, MS Office products, and associated hardware devices
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience/qualifications
Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling technical presentations to prospects and clients in person or online
- Support the sales team with product knowledge, demonstrations, meeting agendas, strategies, and correspondence
- Address customer issues related to SOLIDWORKS, installation, and complementary products such as simulation tools and Technical Data Management (PDM)
- Collaborate with fellow technical colleagues to enhance knowledge and share skills
- Research industry trends and competing technologies
- Create web content (videos/tutorials) showcasing software features, capabilities, and trends
- Obtain and maintain industry certifications (CSWP, CSWE, Elite and other product-specific exams)
- Conduct training sessions for clients (in-person, tailored, and/or online)
- Visit clients on-site to understand their design and manufacturing processes

In this role, you will be on the forefront of innovation, assisting manufacturers, designers, and engineers in solving real-world challenges using advanced CAD, simulation, and data management tools. Your contributions will aid customer success, product adoption, and the establishment of long-term relationships while gaining in-depth technical expertise and visibility in the industry.
