Requirements

Must:
I am seeking candidates with the following experience and qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs. - At least 2 years of experience in a metrics-driven environment, such as commission or bonus-based roles. - Proven ability to meet sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience. - Familiarity with customer management software, such as a CRM system. - Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Proven capability to build strong rapport with customers and take full ownership of their issues, delivering exceptional customer service. - Extensive knowledge of internet technology. - Reliable internet connectivity to support voice calls, including the ability to connect directly to a modem via Ethernet. - A smartphone or smart device that can access app stores and receive SMS messages for remote network access. - Experience owning or managing a small or medium-sized business (SMB) is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

In my role as a Technical Support & Sales Representative, I will take charge of delivering exceptional customer experiences. I'll be responsible for: - Handling incoming calls and exhibiting a WOW customer service approach throughout each interaction. - Providing consultation to customers regarding new products and services that can help their businesses thrive. - Resolving issues within our scope of support and directing customers to third-party services or consultations when necessary. - Troubleshooting GoDaddy products to ensure top-tier customer service. - Taking complete ownership of customer concerns and providing thorough resolutions. - Meeting metrics that encompass customer availability, Net Promoter Score, and daily sales targets. - Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills while navigating a dynamic work environment, effectively managing various tasks simultaneously.

If it’s hybrid, I will split my time working remotely from home and in the office, so residence within commuting distance is necessary. If it is designated as remote, my work will primarily be from home, with occasional visits to a GoDaddy office for team meetings or events. As part of our commitment to employee welfare, our compensation package includes an hourly rate ($17/hour) along with a variable incentive plan. Full-time employees can expect an annual salary starting at $35,360, with potential earnings between $50k and $60k based on target achievement.
