Requirements

Must:
- I require you to have at least 2 years of sales experience with a proven ability to understand customer needs. - You should have 2 years of experience in a commission-based, bonus-driven, and/or metrics-focused environment, demonstrating your ability to meet sales quotas while delivering an excellent customer experience. - Familiarity with a CRM system or other customer management software is essential. - You must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the capability to excel, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. - I seek a candidate with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain exceptional customer rapport. - You should be willing to take total ownership of customer issues to provide a truly remarkable experience with each interaction. - A solid understanding of internet technology is required, along with the ability to connect directly to a modem via Ethernet. You should also have stable internet connectivity and sufficient speeds to support voice calls. - This role requires a smart device that can access the Google Play or Apple Store, install applications, and receive SMS texts for remote access to GoDaddy’s network resources. - Having experience running or managing a small and/or medium-sized business (SMB) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

- In this position as a Technical Support & Sales Representative, I expect you to deliver on our customer experience commitments, ensuring every customer has a WOW experience. - You will handle inbound calls and embody the WOW behavior throughout each interaction. - Providing insightful consultations to customers about new products and services will be your responsibility, guiding them towards solutions that support their business success. - You will offer resolutions within our scope of support, directing customers when necessary to third parties or paid solutions. - Troubleshooting GoDaddy’s products as required to deliver outstanding customer service is essential. - Take complete ownership of customer inquiries and ensure thorough resolutions are provided. - You will be expected to meet various performance metrics, including Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day. - I need you to showcase exceptional interpersonal skills while being able to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.

If you are in a hybrid designation, you should be within commuting distance of an office. Alternatively, if your role is fully remote, you will primarily work from home but may occasionally attend GoDaddy events or team meetings at the office. - The position is not available for residents of Alaska, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, or the Virgin Islands. - This role features a competitive compensation structure that includes an hourly wage of $17, complemented by a variable incentive plan.
