UI/UX Designer and Developer

- Engage in meetings with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to define and communicate UI requirements. - Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user-centric designs that facilitate complex business processes. - Involve in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to research through to UI design. - Conduct user testing and iterate on product concepts, performing user research and analysis to validate designs. - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to generate ideas, methodologies, and design solutions. - Develop a Design System Library for reusability in project work. - Establish a seamless transition process for UI designs to the development team. - Ensure that UI/UX designs adhere to best practices and relevant security standards. - Coordinate closely with back-end developers for effective integration of front-end components. - Attend backlog grooming sessions and participate in other agile ceremonies to ensure development teams comprehend the UI designs to be implemented. - Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership qualities. - Exhibits strong influencing, collaboration, and negotiation capabilities. - Foster and maintain collaboration with cross-functional teams and resources. - Effectively communicate concepts to diverse stakeholders, facilitate discussions and creative sessions, and help reach consensus amid uncertainty. - Lead and oversee substantial design initiatives while managing competing priorities with product and engineering teams. - Present strong oral and written communication skills, along with effective facilitation abilities for meetings and workshops. - Balance independent work tasks with teamwork, managing time and resources to meet deadlines successfully. - Maintain a strong grasp of prioritization based on system and user requirements collected. - Exhibit excellent organizational capabilities, proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making prowess. - Possess a thorough understanding of English language skills including clear vocal and written communication. - Provide technical mentorship and guidance to technical team members.
