Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in managing ServiceNow implementation or maintenance projects.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various capabilities.
- Proficient in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a knack for stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Experience handling multiple ServiceNow projects at once is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow projects from start to finish.
- Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and financial budgets.
- Work closely with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure that Agile/Scrum methodologies are followed throughout project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to management.
- Promote continuous improvement and best practices in ServiceNow implementation and support.

This role is initially a contract position lasting between six to twelve months, with the option to work hybrid or remotely, depending on business requirements.
