Network Administrator - Advanced Skills

- Collaborate with the Network Operations Center Manager to manage daily and weekly assignments related to deployment and operational support - Provide diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance for the Agencys critical enterprise architecture - Engage with Network, Security, and other IT professionals to resolve problems and offer technical solutions - Ensure all assignments are completed accurately and on schedule, providing updates to the Project Manager - Support enterprise network initiatives, including SD-WAN deployment and secure authentication services - Monitor and resolve issues within the Agencys network and identity services - Assist with network connectivity and secure access for Windows-based systems and mobile devices - Manage the lifecycle of network and identity infrastructure - Create and update comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams and design specs - Participate in the deployment, configuration, and support of network solutions - Conduct network installations and upgrades, with the physical capability to perform on-site tasks - Monitor the trouble ticket system and address assigned tickets for network and authentication issues - Serve as the primary support for network-related technical challenges - Facilitate testing and validation of network and identity solutions - Follow all State and Agency security policies and standards - Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholder groups to maintain focus and engagement - Assist with additional IT-related tasks as needed
