Requirements

Responsibilities

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software challenges reported by users.
- Deliver customer support through various help-desk channels (email, phone, ticketing system).
- Facilitate user training, conduct product demonstrations, and present information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Clearly document issues, resolutions, and processes.
- Engage in discussions for product enhancements based on user feedback.
