Requirements
Must:
- Experience or education in IT or security system support
- Strong troubleshooting ability and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation habits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Understanding of computer and IP networking (preferred)
- Experience with IP camera systems (highly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to surveillance systems (CCTV), intercoms, door phones, access control systems, and alarms
- Provide support via phone, TeamViewer, Zendesk, and email
- Assist customers with both remote and in-person hardware and software troubleshooting
- Test and evaluate potentially defective equipment to identify and effectively resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and adhere to established support protocols
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
