Requirements
Must:
- Cisco Voice Engineering expertise
- Proficiency in Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM)
- Experience with Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE)
- Knowledge of ICM Scripting
- Familiarity with VXML Application Support
- Understanding of Cisco Voice Portal (CVP)
- Expertise in Cisco Virtual Voice Browser (VVB)
- Experience with Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC)
- Proficient in Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
- Familiarity with Cisco Unity Voicemail
- Knowledge of Cisco Emergency Response (CER)
- Understanding of Cisco Expressway
- NICE Engage (Call Recording) administration
- Experience with Nuance Speech Server (NSS)
- Related 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of networking/systems experience (WAN, LAN, firewall)
- Over 3 years of VoIP, SIP, and QoS experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to pursue additional training as necessary
Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and oversee enterprise contact center and voice platforms (Cisco, Nuance, NICE)
- Work with carriers on service implementation, terminations, and outages (local, long distance, toll-free)
- Set up customer service call center solutions for new business requirements
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company data and PHI
- Manage and implement toll-free services
- Assist in Disaster Recovery planning, testing, documentation, and reporting
- Conduct system upgrades and patching outside normal business hours
- Adhere to IT Change Control standards
- Engage in a 24/7 on-call rotation
