Requirements
Must:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Highly self-motivated and competitive
- Willingness to spend over 75% of time in the field
- Valid drivers license with capacity to travel locally up to 75% of the time
- Must reside within the specified job area
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain a pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
- Accurately track sales activities using Salesforce and Atlas CRM
- Collaborate with the District Manager to identify new opportunities and close deals
- Provide consultations to business owners to enhance operations and streamline payments with the Genius® platform
