Requirements
Must:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers license required due to regular travel to client locations
- Resident of the area relevant to the job posting
- Minimum field presence of 75%
- Proven ability in prospecting, communication, and presentation
- Exceptional partner management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; coachability is essential
- Proficient in pipeline management
- Incentive-driven sales mindset as a hunter and closer
- Professional demeanor with high integrity
- Strong sense of urgency and natural sales aptitude
- Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face interactions
- Familiarity with Automotive, Medical, and Specialty Retail industries is advantageous
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in B2B sales roles is desirable
- Previous experience using a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure opportunities by presenting Integrated Payments to business owners and ISV Partners
- Manage the full sales process from lead management to closing
- Conduct presentations both in person and via phone
- Set appointments with small and mid-sized business owners based on assigned ISV Partner leads
- Uncover client needs and showcase fitting integrated payment solutions
- Record client interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM systems
- Achieve minimum production targets, including appointment-setting
- Stay updated on product and service developments and partnerships
- Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings with leadership
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required
