Requirements
Must:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid drivers license with the capability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
- Must reside within the area of the job posting
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Two or more years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
- Self-driven with a results-oriented hunter mentality
- Strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced sales pipeline
- Professional demeanor and integrity in client and teammate interactions
- Enjoyment of face-to-face relationship building with business owners
- Experience in restaurant and/or retail settings is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Genius® POS and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized merchants
- Identify new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations that illustrate the benefits of Genius®
- Collaborate with your District Manager to schedule appointments, recognize opportunities, and finalize sales
- Keep precise records of client interactions and manage pipeline activity using Atlas and Salesforce CRM systems
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients
- Stay informed on the latest trends in the POS and fintech industries to serve as a knowledgeable advisor
- Participate in weekly team meetings and receive coaching from leadership for continuous improvement
