Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a software sales position or a similar high-volume sales environment.
- Strong consultative sales skills, especially in phone-based consultations, with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
- Track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Proficient in utilizing Salesforce (CRM) and familiar with sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of delivering compelling presentations that convey value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative discovery using the SPICED Model to understand the prospects situation and pain points, focusing on the business impact of our products.
- Manage leads with a commitment to ensuring that no lead is overlooked, maintaining impressive lead to opportunity and opportunity to close percentages.
- Deliver captivating virtual demonstrations of the Genius hardware and software suite to small and mid-sized business owners.
- Identify key events and decision-making processes for prospects to facilitate a smooth closing process.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate records in our CRM for effective tracking of sales performance metrics.
