Business Intelligence Manager - Terminals

As our Business Intelligence (BI) Manager for the Terminals business unit, you will lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, nurturing analytical rigor and technical skill development while fostering a culture of curiosity and data-driven insights. Collaboration with Terminal leadership will be vital to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop robust analytical frameworks that measure business performance, identify trends, and track progress against strategic objectives. You will translate ambiguous business inquiries into specific, testable hypotheses and analytical plans, proactively identifying areas where data analysis can yield valuable insights. Additionally, you'll oversee the entire process of developing, delivering, and optimizing BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, utilizing various BI platforms. Clear communication of complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, will be a key part of your role. Conducting in-depth analyses to uncover root causes, identifying actionable opportunities for growth, and quantifying business impacts will also fall under your responsibilities. You'll own the continuous improvement and design of core Terminal dashboards and reporting suites, assuring data accuracy and relevance. Promoting data literacy and championing the use of self-service BI tools will be essential, as well as collaborating with central data teams to enhance data models and infrastructure for robust Terminal analytics.
