Requirements
Must:
- Foundational knowledge of IT systems (Windows/macOS, networks, hardware)
- Passion for POS systems and restaurant technology
- Strong analytical abilities and a composed demeanor under pressure
- Effective communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Relevant educational background or certification in IT or entry-level experience
- Familiarity with FOH and BOH service operations
- Proficiency in EATEC, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- English/Spanish speaking preferred
Responsibilities
- Support restaurant technology including POS systems, payment terminals, kitchen display interfaces, and Wi-Fi
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems on-site
- Set up and manage computers, tablets, printers, and networking devices
- Assist in managing user accounts, performing system updates, and executing data backups
- Collaborate with restaurant management and vendors to swiftly address IT challenges
- Record issues and solutions for future reference and training
