Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelors degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Proven experience in cloud engineering, computer science, software development, or similar disciplines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Competence in designing and managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to changing priorities
- Knowledge of cloud security practices and compliance standards
- Applicable certifications in cloud engineering are highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop cloud infrastructure, applications, and services that fulfill specified requirements
- Engineer and integrate mission-critical applications across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Monitor cloud-based system performance and optimize resource utilization for cost-effectiveness and availability
- Implement security measures and perform regular audits for compliance within the cloud environment
- Apply networking principles, including IP addressing and load balancing
- Optimize applications and data processing pipelines for efficient resource utilization
- Support DevSecOps processes and tools to ensure effective CI/CD practices
- Communicate system-related challenges to technical leads promptly and effectively
- Stay abreast of advancements in cloud technology and identify areas for potential improvement
- Continuously improve skills by embracing training opportunities and sharing knowledge with team members
