Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading ServiceNow Field Service Management module implementations.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and ITIL framework.
- Proven track record of migrating legacy systems to ServiceNow.
- In-depth understanding of compliance frameworks.
- Experience with mobile workflows and field service operations.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM processes, and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow Field Service Management module.
- Develop and enhance FSM functionalities, including automated tasks for Preventative Maintenance and Calibration.
- Ensure that workflows and data structures are aligned with compliance requirements and facilitate effective reporting.
- Design and construct mobile workflows tailored for field technicians and maintenance personnel.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create a scalable FSM solution and provide necessary training and documentation.
