Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management
- PMP, RTE, or similar certification
- Proficiency in project management software (JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Deep knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated capability to oversee large, intricate projects
- Experience in coordinating vendor relationships and managing third-party deliverables
- Strong analytical and communication abilities with skill in presenting to senior leadership
- Experience in the financial services or asset management sector
- Familiarity with capacity planning, project scoping, and resource allocation
- Background in vendor management
- Proven expertise in managing Agile and Waterfall methodologies to guide cross-functional projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects while overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead project teams, promote effective stakeholder communication, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Create detailed project plans, maintain documentation, identify and address risks, and monitor progress using relevant metrics and tools
- Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable tasks while managing change requests and upholding quality standards
- Collaborate with external vendors and third-party partners
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee contract deliverables, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and facilitate smooth integration of vendor resources into project processes.
