Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Over 7 years of full-stack development experience, particularly in web applications
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks, especially Vue.js
- Expertise in back-end technologies, specifically Java and Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database management
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Basic knowledge of data warehousing principles
- Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, and AI applications
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage scalable, secure web applications utilizing Vue.js, Java, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL, and other state-of-the-art technologies
- Architect complex microservices-based systems to promote modularity, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with various teams to define, design, and implement new features
- Optimize applications for peak speed and scalability
- Deploy and manage cloud solutions on AWS
- Apply data analytics, machine learning, and AI to enhance lending practices
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct code reviews and mentor less experienced developers
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain our platforms innovative edge
