Senior Network Engineer - Cisco, Juniper

- Act as the senior point of escalation for network incidents, leading troubleshooting and restoration efforts - Plan, implement, and validate complex network modifications and ongoing enhancements - Guide network upgrades, migrations, and refreshes while coordinating cutovers, maintenance windows, testing, and rollback plans - Establish and uphold secure network standards for configuration, segmentation, naming conventions, IP addressing, and documentation - Develop and maintain precise network diagrams, runbooks, and technical documentation, ensuring change records are thorough and functional - Mentor and manage Level I and Level II network support training for a broader technology team - Conduct ongoing SWOT and risk analyses regarding infrastructure health and direction, with regular updates throughout the year - Undertake additional duties and tasks as assigned by authorized supervisors on an as-needed basis
