Requirements

Must:
- 12+ years of overall experience, with 5 years focusing on managing large-scale projects and programs involving Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Microsoft technologies - Proven expertise in handling complex or large data volumes - Strong program and project management skills, able to adapt to varying scales of projects - Ability to effectively utilize metrics and data to drive projects, alongside creating necessary structures and templates for reviews - Experience in Onsite-Offshore project models - Strong growth mindset for account development and strategic thinking abilities - Excellent team player with the capacity to collaborate effectively across multifunctional teams - Exceptional executive-level communication skills, especially in articulating ideas to senior management - Strong social skills for building rapport with stakeholders at all levels - Adept at managing Agile project execution using Azure and understanding validation/qualification processes in regulated environments - Superior problem-solving and leadership skills, with strong interpersonal and consulting capabilities - Ability to thrive under pressure with excellent organizational skills - Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized institution; professional certifications (e.g., PMI, Scrum Master, Kanban, SAFe) are advantageous

Responsibilities

- Oversee the seamless execution of various development and support project streams at both onsite and offshore locations - Regularly connect with project team members to discuss updates, risks, and issues on a weekly basis - Conduct ongoing discussions with the customers point-of-contact for feedback, issues, and escalations while nurturing relationships - Attend all weekly project status review meetings with the customer to ensure alignment - Collaborate with the hiring team throughout the recruitment process to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new candidates - Serve as the primary contact for project-related inquiries and follow-ups with the customer - Develop and maintain relationships with new contacts within the customers organization across departments - Collaborate with the delivery team to identify new opportunities within the account and review closure plans - Proactively notify Sales and Delivery Management teams of any changes at the customers end - Initiate, prepare, and actively engage in Monthly and Quarterly Business Review meetings with the customer - Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the account, focusing on Revenue, Gross Margin, and operational excellence - Keep the management team informed about customer escalations, concerns, and issues at both project and account levels - Initiate and monitor hiring requests for all positions related to projects and consulting, ensuring timely closure of open roles - Track ongoing project extensions and ensure the timely creation of Statements of Work (SOWs)
