Data Generation Engineer

- I ensure the accurate execution of data generation processes. - I provide data in the appropriate formats to the relevant stakeholders within G+D. - I utilize G+D software to generate, process, manage, and transfer data for release samples and personalization. - I adhere to global policies, procedures, and tools within Mobile Security. - I take ownership of my assigned process roles and engage in projects as required. - I allocate budgeted time effectively on planned tasks and report my time accurately and promptly. - I provide first-level support and troubleshoot issues related to daily data generation activities. - I coordinate activities between customers, internal resolver groups, and external parties to resolve incidents with assistance from Profile Engineers and Application Engineers. - I maintain documentation (project specific and internal) of end-to-end solutions. - I support the Datagen Manager by providing information for capacity planning. - I meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and profile generation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - I utilize Splunk dashboards to monitor orders and troubleshoot daily as needed. - I identify and address ongoing continuous improvement activities, reporting to the Regional Service Quality Manager or my supervisor regarding tools, procedures, and compliance. - I may utilize the Infor SyteLine EDI interface with Sterling's GENTRAN translator for EDI communication, including processing Purchase Order Acknowledgments and advance shipment notices. - I translate client response data generated by profile generation tools into Infor SyteLine EDI messages for the ERP (SAP) system. - I troubleshoot EDI inbound and outbound transmission errors as necessary.
