Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, or IT related field or equivalent experience
- 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong skills in requirements analysis and needs assessment
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, particularly within Salesforce
- Experience in project management, including writing and reviewing requirements
- Knowledge of Salesforce, including AppExchange, data management, reports, dashboards, and Marketing Cloud
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently
Responsibilities
- Document and analyze complex user business processes and requirements
- Develop specifications and testing plans for system development or modifications
- Provide advice and support to technical teams during systems development
- Lead the testing phases for new or revised systems
- Maintain a communication conduit between users and technical teams
- Create reports and documentation associated with system projects
- Offer ongoing support to users, including troubleshooting complex system issues
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
