Requirements

Must:
- High School diploma or GED - Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered - Up to two years of experience in customer technical support is preferred - Technical Diploma in computer operations or related field is a plus - Ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical personnel - Proficiency or a rapid learning capacity in various computer hardware and software - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent phone communication and active listening skills - Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability - Capable of prioritizing and managing time effectively over extended periods - Willingness to stand and walk for up to 30 minutes at various times

Responsibilities

- Respond to support calls, emails, and other user communications regarding software, connectivity, printing, and related issues - Provide service information and resolve customer problems - Consult with users to outline procedures for identifying and solving issues - Investigate and address user concerns with computer software and hardware - Utilize knowledge of software, hardware, and procedures to resolve technical problems - Guide users through troubleshooting and diagnostic processes using appropriate tools - Investigate and resolve complex inquiries, ensuring thorough follow-up on customer issues - Pursue learning opportunities in other operational areas to enhance service knowledge - Stay updated on policies and procedures relevant to customer service - Perform additional related tasks as necessary
