Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience acting as a technical lead on production web applications
- Extensive, hands-on proficiency in C# and .NET within practical environments
- Strong background in designing and maintaining APIs and service-oriented architectures
- Practical experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server or MySQL), with an emphasis on performance aspects
- Ability to make informed technical decisions, influence project direction, and support senior peers
- Experience working within Agile teams where leads are accountable for delivery and outcomes
- Front-end experience with React or similar frameworks (preferred)
- Familiarity with microservices or serverless architectures (preferred)
- Exposure to GraphQL or Salesforce integrations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority for our eCommerce web platform and its integrations
- Define and influence architectural and design decisions within a modern .NET framework
- Lead complex projects through hands-on development, from design to deployment
- Collaborate closely with product, business, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability
- Establish and uphold engineering standards through thorough code reviews and technical guidance
- Support and evolve our AWS-based cloud environment, balancing scalability with practicality
- Engage in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
