Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with C# / .NET and development of scalable web applications
- Experience creating APIs and working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Solid understanding of database design and performance (SQL Server or MySQL)
- Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across teams
- Proven experience in Agile environments utilizing modern development methodologies
- Nice to have: Front-end experience with React or similar frameworks
- Nice to have: Experience with microservices or serverless architecture
- Nice to have: Familiarity with GraphQL or Salesforce integrations
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and guide architecture decisions for our web platform and its integrations
- Lead complex coding projects within a modern .NET framework
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop scalable, user-centric solutions
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Review code and advocate for development best practices within the team
- Support and enhance a cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS services
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment

We are seeking a hands-on technical leader for our Lead Software Engineer role focused on .NET and AWS in Fall River, MA, which follows a hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
