Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in software development, particularly in senior roles.
- Proficient in modern application development technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React, React Native, Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin.
- Strong experience in designing and consuming GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Deep understanding of database design and performance, particularly with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with mobile application delivery for both iOS and Android, including release and store management.
- Experience integration with third-party platforms like SSO providers, payment systems, and eCommerce services.
- Knowledge of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
- Competence in platform and systems architecture, technical decision-making, code quality, and performance engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design and create comprehensive product experiences for our Customer platform on both web and mobile.
- Implement robust engineering principles and best practices to ensure systems remain modular and scalable as the product evolves.
- Maintain coding standards, architectural patterns, and quality metrics to enhance engineering excellence.
- Conduct technical design from problem definition through to implementation, including writing design documents and engaging in code reviews.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows, incorporating automation and security practices.
- Support deployment operations through improved observability, reliability, and capacity planning.
