Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, WSD, EC Pro, EA, PPM, and/or Agile 2.0.
- A proven history of designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions in large business environments.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Nice to have: Strong experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, and managing CMDB.
- Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Nice to have: Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party platforms and tools.
- Nice to have: Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Nice to have: Leadership experience guiding technical teams and advising stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow products, tailored applications, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, service portals, workspaces, and external system integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, performance, and security of the ServiceNow platform.
- Adhere to architectural standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills enhancement within the team.
- Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and testing of products and features.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to proactively suggest enhancements to the platform.
- Document technical solutions, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
