Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of practical experience in cloud data integration or data engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, EventBridge, DMS, Glue, RDS, Dynamo DB, Step Functions).
- At least 5 years of experience with IICS (Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, mappings, tasks).
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies: CodeBuild/CodePipeline or GitHub Actions/GitLab.
- Experience in developing data ingestion and transformation pipelines utilizing Snowflake (stages, tasks, streams, procedures).
- Proficient SQL skills with an understanding of data ingestion, preparation, and integration methodologies.
- Ability to scrutinize complex data flows and integration points with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a proactive approach to automation and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and oversee data ingestion and integration pipelines between cloud applications leveraging AWS services, Snowflake, and IICS.
- Implement and manage app-to-app integrations, APIs, and cloud data transfer strategies across both internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and application owners to interpret functional requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Create and maintain reusable integration frameworks, data transfer templates, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure integration pipelines adhere to enterprise standards for data quality, security, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance pipelines to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts such as code reviews, design evaluations, and advancement of team development standards.
- Document integration processes, data mappings, and dependencies for long-term maintainability.
- Support data migration efforts, cloud modernization, and cross-platform integration projects.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and quickly adapt to new tools necessary for supporting emerging integration approaches.
