Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in web architecture and CMS implementation within healthcare, finance, or regulated sectors.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR, with a focus on creating secure user experiences.
- Demonstrated experience with headless CMS platforms like Contentful, Contentstack, and Optimizely.
- Proficiency in API-first architecture, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
- Strong skills in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript).
- Understanding of caching strategies, CDNs, and methods for performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud services including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Comprehension of SEO principles and their applications.
- Experience with automated content migration tools and testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
- Background in managing technical teams and executing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strategic mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly in client-facing situations.
- Capacity to influence stakeholders and lead decision-making processes effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities in team settings.
- Ability to navigate the consulting lifestyle, including billable hours, project adaptability, and offering well-researched insights with confidence.
