Systems Engineer with Cloud and DevOps expertise

- Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Copilot, as well as application integration and single sign-on (SSO) - Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) hybrid identity integrations, conditional access policies, and multifactor authentication (MFA) enforcement - Monitor and resolve Azure AD Connect and Entra Connect synchronization issues - Support and secure Intune/Endpoint Manager for device configuration, compliance, and application deployment - Develop and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and governance across M365 workloads - Architect, manage, and provide support for Citrix Virtual Desktops and Applications - Optimize performance, user profiles, and application delivery - Integrate Citrix authentication with Entra ID and Azure MFA - Troubleshoot Citrix session issues and ensure high availability of the Citrix infrastructure - Maintain Dell VxRail, VMware, and Nutanix environments - Oversee Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy - Provide support for on-premise and cloud infrastructure - Ensure system security through tools like SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, and collaborate with the security team - Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot backup systems - Regularly test and document Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity plans - Support compliance with frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC2 Type II, and ISO 27001 - Contribute to integration efforts for newly acquired organizations, focusing on M365/Azure consolidation and Citrix access enablement - Collaborate with leadership to maintain a scalable, secure hybrid-cloud infrastructure
