Scrum Master with Agile Methodologies

- Develop and manage comprehensive technology project plans, ensuring alignment with all scrum teams and dependencies. - Oversee various testing processes, including SIT, Info Security launch conditions, and penetration testing. - Support vendor onboarding through coordination of technology due diligence initiatives. - Collaborate with vendors to understand their implementation methodologies and align them with internal Agile practices. - Facilitate the gathering of vendor requirements from internal stakeholders. - Proactively manage risks and issues throughout project activities, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality are met. - Collaborate with Technology leadership to effectively allocate resources for programs. - Ensure compliance with IT policies and the companys Technology Project Management processes. - Coordinate with the Architecture Scrum Master for governance checkpoint scheduling. - Provide updates to the PMO for reporting at program and project levels. - Participate in project retrospectives and closure processes in conjunction with the PMO. - Drive Scrum ceremonies, ensuring engagement and effectiveness within the delivery team. - Support product owners in backlog refinement and ensuring stories are ready for development. - Maintain detailed tracking of project timelines, risks, and dependencies. - Achieve Program Increment (PI) objectives that align with strategic goals. - Generate metrics-driven insights to evaluate team delivery and performance. - Identify and rectify team impediments, escalating issues when necessary. - Collaborate with the Product Manager to enhance overall team efficiency and mitigate potential obstacles. - Responsible for detailed reporting of Scrum-level metrics from JIRA and other tools.
