- Oversee daily administration and management of the Docebo LMS for field learners, ensuring smooth operations. - Manage and curate content within the LMS, aligning with stakeholder needs. - Streamline processes for efficient LMS content management. - Provide exemplary support to learners through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues. - Administer user roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access. - Keep updated on Docebo enhancements and communicate relevant information to users. - Design and conduct training on LMS use, creating guides and quick reference materials. - Maintain system documentation and knowledge resources for the LMS. - Support the tracking and reporting of learning metrics through the LMS and related software. - Collaborate with home office partners to identify current and future system requirements. - Work closely with IT teams on system maintenance and support innovations. - Understand how regulatory requirements impact LMS operations.
