Requirements
Must:
- 15 years of professional experience in substantial financial institutions, concentrating on regulatory initiatives (CCAR, DFAST, Basel III)
- Practical experience with CCAR and Stress Testing implementations, including assistance with FR Y-14 reporting and related documentation
- Strong comprehension of Market Risk, Credit Risk, VaR, financial instruments, market data sources, trading systems, and risk governance processes
- Capability to distill complex technical and financial concepts and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through abilities with strong accountability
- Proven success in managing multiple initiatives concurrently and engaging positively with executives, managers, and SMEs
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and adeptness with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, Excel)
- Proficient in SQL
- Strong leadership, relationship management, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Understanding of financial operations, MIS, data management, and reporting processes within commercial and investment banking
- BA/BS degree required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, user acceptance testing, and post-production support
- Work alongside cross-functional teams across different locations, including developers, QA, SMEs, and senior management
- Conduct root cause analysis, gap analysis, and current versus future state assessments to identify the best solutions
- Analyze business processes, propose enhancements, and convert business needs into clear IT specifications
- Oversee testing, training, and change management activities during the project rollout
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding risks, issues, and action plans
- Manage intricate tasks with minimal supervision and maintain clear communication with both business and technical groups
