Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development
- At least 3 years of expertise in GCP Dataflow and large-scale application development
- Proven skills in Java and Spring Framework
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Minimum of 5 years in technical design and solution architecture
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Solid experience with Dataflow for extensive data processing
- Knowledge of cloud service architectures on GCP and AWS
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience with NoSQL and relational databases
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex issues
- Lead the team in defining technical direction, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives
- Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems using Java and Spring
- Architect solutions on GCP and AWS focusing on large-scale data processing
- Develop maintainable and efficient code using Java and Spring
- Implement complex data processing solutions with Dataflow in GCP
- Optimize integration and deployment pipelines for cloud environments
- Set a high standard as an individual contributor, demonstrating excellence in coding and design
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on coding standards and best practices
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and other Engineers to define and deliver high-quality products
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
