Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in C# development
- Focused experience in design and development rather than simply modifying existing code
- Proficient with SQL Server and T-SQL
- Understanding of REST API functionality
- Familiarity with the WPF Framework and MVVM design pattern
- Knowledge of two or more of the following: Python, ABAP, Database Design, SQL Server maintenance
- Strong background in object-oriented programming principles
- Significant experience in technical documentation; documentation should be prioritized
- Demonstrated leadership in decision-making and effective planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Willingness and ability to mentor others
- Detail-oriented mindset with the capability to quickly learn and apply new skills/technologies
- High level of motivation; able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance in-house applications; customize, integrate, and maintain third-party systems (SAP R/3 and BW, Maximo, KABA, etc.)
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation, and other assigned tasks on schedule
- Regularly update management regarding the status of assigned tasks
- Assume roles such as technical lead or business analyst as needed
- Develop technical specifications for development projects
- Provide accurate time estimates for projects and tasks
- Offer decision support to senior management
- Assist with customer support (internal and external) for existing systems
- Undertake additional tasks as required
