Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Background in administering Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivered solutions meet our requirements
- Develop user stories along with acceptance criteria
- Create flowcharts, process flow diagrams, and use cases
- Suggest process enhancements by identifying opportunities for automation, restructuring, or elimination
- Provide application support as needed
- Utilize design skills to outline Technical Design Specifications for significant projects
- Research and evaluate external software solutions
- Offer business insights based on thorough analysis
- Maintain accuracy while juggling multiple requests of varying complexity and deadlines
- Independently manage Salesforce instances, including roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, and record types.
