Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a business analyst within the mortgage industry
- Ability to interface effectively between business and technical teams
- Solid understanding of the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in gathering requirements, designing process/data flows, and crafting technical specifications
- Proficient in business analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications
- Capable of defining project objectives and conducting feasibility analysis
- Support for development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Expertise in creating and documenting UAT strategies/plans and test cases/scripts
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements
- Design and document process and data flow methodologies
- Develop technical specifications based on business needs
- Define clear project objectives and conduct feasibility analyses
- Assist in the development and execution of integration and UAT tests
- Create and maintain UAT strategies, plans, and associated test cases/scripts
- Engage in both manual and automated testing processes
- Communicate findings and progress effectively to stakeholders
