Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience in midrange programming and technology (e.g., Java, SQL, Oracle, Exadata, Linux/RHEL, server administration)
- Strong background in application management and deployment coordination with a focus on timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Proven skills in technical project management
- Experience in supporting web-based applications
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Expertise in coordinating deployments across various environments, both non-production and production
- Experience in planning and executing release and deployment activities
- Familiarity with vendor-supported applications that vendor builds and maintains
- Experience in planning and implementing software and hardware adjustments, patches, and upgrades
- Adept at working in an agile delivery environment within a defined engineering or delivery role
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills within a matrixed setup
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong discipline in planning, reporting, and execution
- Positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer to oversee work intake, prioritization, and commitments for both initiatives and business-as-usual tasks
- Provide comprehensive application ownership, including compliance, risk management, and readiness for audits (including AIT, RISE, ADSM, etc.)
- Act as the main point of contact between Line of Business stakeholders, vendors, and internal technology teams
- Coordinate software deployments and releases across both non-production and production environments
- Serve as the environment coordinator, ensuring consistent and controlled usage during patching, upgrades, and releases
- Work alongside Senior Technology Managers, other Feature Leads, CTO partners, and Level 2 production support teams
- Identify, monitor, and address delivery risks and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, agile methodologies, and enterprise standards
